Does this happen to anyone else: HS classmate who you don't really remember (but whose name you recognize) sends you a FB friend request which you accept out of curiosity. Only to find that her FB feed is populated almost exclusively by testimonials for the Detox Cleanse nutritional thing she sells and memes of this 'Have a Happy Sunday' variety:

Thanks for all the well wishes, everyone. I appreciate it.

Are we allowed to ask such things?

Nowadays, he roams the land hauling a big red trailer full of bikes. :)

The ups and downs can help with that. Mainly the ups.

I enjoy blue cheeses. Mrs. rjones28 does not. Therefore, they are a rare treat.

No, but disclaimer: I went to an all boys prep school in New England, so something like that is not likely to happen.

This is about how it works for me, too. Wife and son only like the mild cheeses.

That leaves more "exotic" cheese for us.

The funny thing is that it may have been the planning the did me in. I spent a lot of time the night before trying to figure out how to load a map on the damn thing - sitting inside searching for satellites and syncing with the computer may have drained it some, but it still had full battery bars when I went to sleep.

What exactly is a cheese curd? I know about generic "curds" as being the protein precipitate from milk that is formed into blocks of cheese, but not the specific Wisconsin food item, cheese curd. Please explain.

And let's not forget deep fried butter:

I tried to inject a bit of wisdom into the "Padding in Shorts" thread.

Big mistake.

Please remind me to stay out of the 41. No good can come of it.
