Sunset shots of my new neilpryde bura sl. Ended up at 11.29 lbs as is (w/ garmin head unit and speed/cadence sensor on there). It's much easier to get there w/ 768g frame. First ride today- wow.

nice but those wheels gotta go. I HONESTLY think you would be happier with something else. PM me if you are looking for someone to take them off your hands. I'm sure I would be willing to work something out! :ride:
Bike looks AWESOME HOT AND 11.29lbs http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u...unvpo1_500.gif |

Weight, and I am assuming in person you can tell that their are decals. The wheels also match your frame so it would probably look good.

Just an fyi on that Neilpryde, I know two national level cat 1s whose hoods are lower than his. It often comes down to fit/preference
|
Low hoods themselves are not that strange, but here the right hood much lower than the left one - too big of a difference to be simply by accident.

What's with the right hood pointing down?
It's not. It's the angle of the bike leaning and the angle of the camera combined. They're level. Used a level to check when it was set up. |

Mine are not set up level due to arm length difference and the fact that I have a pin in my wrist.

Cyclebicycle, your NeilPryde is sick. that being said, Fiery is dead on. Front shifters are definitely angled different than the rear. You can tell they are positioned a little low just from the gap between the hoods and bar tape, no matter what picture you look at. It doesn't make anything functionally incorrect, just aesthetically and technically.

not the conclusion the fitter and I came to, but I guess it could appear that way.
This is the Hot r Not thread. People do all kinds of ugly things to their bikes in the name of fit. I personally do award points for sensible fit and setup though. |

got it. the vinyl is actually very thin (it was left over from a project on my car). Also even up close, it looks just a plain CF wheel, complete with the variance in reflection from different angles- I was surprised. It just sucks I assumed the decals were removable, but its under the clearcoat.

I realise that black appears to be the fashion of the this forum, but I will give my bike a viewing here. ( I believe my bike looks better on the road and whilst moving very fast!) Full specs below for those who are interested
weight 7.8kg without pedals about 17.3lb (not bad I think for a £1200/$1700 bike) |
