Sam is having surgery to remove that mass today. It's probably cancerous, but we're hoping maybe it's not. If it's the latter (benign), it cures him of this, if it is malignant, the surgery will give him 6-12 more months. I'm not ready to say goodbye just yet. So he'll come home tomorrow, and he'll be well for a while longer at least.
