there's a little icon in the bottom left that looks like a pair of scales.....click on it, and you can add or subract rep for other posters. Some blokes on bb.com have over 2000 rep points.
The thing is, the more posts your make, and the more positive rep you have...the more rep you can give other people. So one person might be only able to give 1 point, another can give 12 or 20 or 30...

It's makes it a little power game.....some people care about that. At least your rep isn't shown on the forum page itself. The fact that you have to go to a separate website makes the whole rep thing insignificant.

My biggest problem is that if you care about your reputation points too much you'll will be a little wuss with your posts! All I have to do to get a super high reputation is just to post politically correct junk all the time, never disagree, and allways be conservative middle of the road. Damn, then I'd be a politician!
