Looks like AJ & I will be riding to the start (~20 miles) and doing the short Monte Nido's revenge ride. We'll pick up our car at the finish for a total of about 65-70 miles. Anyone else?

Not sure what ride to do, but I'll probably be there.

I'm thinking of doing the longer Monte Nido's revenge ride. Stunt Rd seems to be calling.

Body all fixed up? How's the bike?

The bikes look ok, but I am going to the LBS for a check up; I will need a new helmet and probably a new sadle. The body is much better but not ready for much more than walking few minutes at a time.
I hate the idea that I am missing long weekend, but in a week, another long weekend is coming and I am sure to ride by then.
Maybe (in other words I kind of hoping that ) the LBS will find some damadge/crack in the frame...

Is the regular Wednesday ride still scheduled tomorrow?

I'd like to know as well. What are the details of the Wednesday ride?

Meet at the Dry Roaster Coffee Shop on the corner of the 101 & Valley Circle/Mulholland at the Ralph's shopping center (south-east corner). Easy pace leaves at 8:15, faster pace at 8:30. Ride to Westlake Village. Return direct (totaling ~40 miles) by noon or occasionally to the Beach and back via Topanga Canyon Rd. (~60 miles) by 1pm.

I'm just not sure because o' the holidays.

OK who's doing what this Saturday? Most of the routes don't look all that good, but Topanga/Santa Monica Circle seems worth a try. Otherwise I might just stay local and try to catch the Montrose ride.

Jeff & I are doing Montrose (and probably Stewart as well--although we haven't met). Meeting at Descanso Gardens.

Some of the guys are doing a century out through Simi and around Point Mugu and back Sepulveda, not a lot of climbing, and some of us may do a variation of that for about 70 coming back through Simi.

OK, I'm in for Montrose then.
