Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Drinkwise usually one bidon water/one bidon electrolyte mix. Short ride maybe only water. Foodwise an energy bar or two and maybe a gel. But I tend to leave it too long and start to slow down before I remember I have food with me.

There is a fair chance of a coffee stop somewhere during a ride too

Bikes: a few

up to 2 hours, usually just water and an energy bar.

over that, more bars and gel packs and put some replacement powder in both bottles. Maybe a banana or some red frogs, something good to eat if it's along one.

I just measured it and it's only 4.5 inches. The packaging isn't even capable of holding a full 6 inches! How ripped off is that?

Did I mention before that it can be hard to breath when you've got a mouthful of the dog? It's a bit chewy

Does anyone have any ideas, it's driving me crazy.
Firstly let me berrate you for buying a Trek. What were you thinking?

If it's not your headset or wheels then it's your fork. If it's not that, then your frame is foobar'd.

Hey Trek! Warranty my frame, biznatch!

Elite is AUD210 rrp, Masterpiece is AUD319. Less if you get them from me. Even less again if you buy them with a frame!!!

just had a look on PBK, they have them for 98.

Just ordered an Ultegra casette + DA chain ( they were sold out of ultegra) for farkin 100 odd bucks on PBK. the casette or chain alone would be around 80 bucks min retail, are we getting spooned by the LBS or what?
