Yep, if the phone drops the bt connection, or loses data it's toast. Update firmware and check phone settings - I rarely have a live track mess up.

The 810 does for sure, as does the 500 so I'd guess the 800 does as well. Just make sure your FTP is set appropriately and zero averaging is on.

My guess is you'll need both cleat angle adjustments and probably some shims. Your fitter should be able to get your knees to track straight and pain free.
